Irish is going to be one amazing athlete! He is a smooth mover, is very soft and willing, and has natural athletic ability that is sure to get you competing with the best whether it is barrel racing, team roping, or team sorting.
Irish's pedigree speaks for itself, as he has Frenchmans Guy as his grandsire on the top, and Zan Parr Bar and Colonel Freckles on the bottom. He is bred to be fast and cowy, and he has a color to get you noticed! This horse is one who wants to please! He stands tied quietly, leads well, bathes well, stands nicely for the farrier, and trailers well.

He drags a tarp, lets me open an umbrella on his back, isn't bothered by commotion or traffic, and is very confident with obstacles. He moves out nicely and knows his leads. Don't miss out on this HANDSOME Frenchmans Guy grandson!

He has a current coggins, health certificate, brand inspection, and a new set of shoes. He is also current on his dewormer and vaccinations.

Trigger is an all around amazing horse! He knows his job well as a heel horse. He works the chutes well, scores well, and stands quietly in the box. Not only is he good as a heel horse, but he is a good mover on the trails, has been used as a lesson horse for beginning-intermediate riders, and will let 3 and 4 year old children lead him and "tie" him (loop the rope over the pole) and stays put when "tied".

Trigger team ropes about 5 days out of the week, between 12 and 24 steers each time he is roped on. He requires minimal maintenance for a performance horse of his age. We keep him shod every 8 weeks and give him a shot of Pentosan once a month to keep his joints happy. Occasionally we will put him on Redmond Daily Gold to keep his gut working well. He is currently on Daily Gold since he dropped a tiny bit of weight. I am happy to send home a bit of Daily Gold with him to whomever buys him.
He hasn't taken a lame step since we have had him for over a year, and is a very sweet horse that only wants to please. He has a big motor, so he is not for a timid rider. I will be picky about where he goes, so please only contact me if you are willing to give Trigger the home he deserves, which is to give him the maintenance he needs.

Kaweah Music Chex is a 2 year old blue roan filly with a spectacular head on her shoulders. She has cow and performance breeding on the top, and race and halter breeding on the bottom. The names on her 5 generation pedigree include Blue Valentine, King Fritz, Easy Jet, Music Mount, Mach a Roany, Mach I, Dry Doc, Doc Bar, Poco Lena, Plenty Try, Impressive, Pacific Bailey, and Winken Wayne, just to name a few. She has a kind temperament, is quick to learn, and is a nice mover. She picks up her leads beautifully, has started learning collection, can do some bridleless work, and can complete obstacles like going through tunnels, carrying a flag, dragging a railroad tie, pushing cows, following the roping dummy, and more. She is HYPP N/N, is current on all vaccinations, was dewormed and had her teeth floated in October, has a current negative coggins test, and will have a new set of shoes put on in November. She will have 60 days of training on her by Thanksgiving, and the buyer is welcome to keep her in training for as long as they would like for my regular monthly fee. You may come see her and ride her at J Family Equine's facilities in Monroe, Utah. Although she has many skills and abilities, she is still a young horse that will need an experienced rider. She is not a kids horse yet, although she has amazing potential to be one!

RY ANTE UP THE EQUITY - "Annie O"

Annie O is a 13.2 hand POA mare that was started with 60 days of training at J Family Equine in June 2017. She is a very smart and confident pony that will go over any obstacle you throw at her. She goes over tarps, balls, and barrels, and will let you open and close a gate from horseback. She walks, trots, and canters nicely and knows her leads. She has a good stop and backup, and moves well off of leg pressure. Although she is not a kids horse yet because of her young age, I believe she has the potential to be one. At this point she will need an intermediate to advanced rider, or someone willing to invest in more training for her.

This Quarter Horse mare is a mover and an athlete and stands 15.3 hands tall. You can ride her all day and she won't wear out. She loves to work and does her job well. She is currently used as a heading horse on a daily basis, but is also a good heeling horse, and consistently wins money at team roping events. Her gates are smooth, fast, and controlled. She is quiet in the box, and is very responsive to both rein and leg cues. She is full of energy, but still maintains ease of control. We have everything you need to come rope on her at our facility, so come give her a try and see if you two are a good fit for each other!

This 2011 palomino QH gelding is currently in training at J Family Equine to be a heeling horse for team roping, and would also make a great trail horse. He is 15.1 hands tall and has great feet. Our assistant trainer has taken him on trail rides in rocky terrain while barefoot and he didn't take a single bad step. He is very confident and walks out nicely on the trails with a smooth, brisk pace. He will need an experienced and confident rider and is not a kids horse. He absolutely loves to chase steers and rates them well. He is quiet in the heeling box and will stand quietly while you work the chute. He has had a rope swung and thrown as he chases steers, but he still needs some work before he will be a finished heeling horse. This horse's value will only go up as he is in continued training every day. Come ride him at our facility and see what you think of him!
